There's never a weather that's not suitable to train in, it's all about how you dress for the occasion. 

There are benefits of note to continued training in winter months. The light hitting your skin and the back of your eyes, reaching your hypothalamus, helps us better synch with our circadian rhythm. This can influence how well we adjust to the shorter days and longer nights as the seasons change, helping to alleviate the symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder.
