Gaia began as Gaia Fitness Collective, born from a desire to reconnect people with their bodies and the natural world. What started as a simple idea, holding fitness bootcamps outdoors, quickly grew into a thriving community. Our bootcamps bring movement to the heart of nature, combining strength, endurance, and camaraderie under open skies. Each session offers more than just physical fitness; it’s about rediscovering joy, resilience, and connection in an environment that invigorates both body and mind.
As Gaia evolved, we created Gaia Wellbeing Collective CIC to expand our vision of wellbeing beyond physical fitness. Through somatic practices, mindfulness, and community-focused initiatives, Gaia Wellbeing Collective CIC nurtures mental, emotional, and spiritual health. A core part of our mission is to ensure accessibility, offering funded spaces for those who might otherwise be excluded. By weaving together wellness practices and social impact, we aim to create spaces that empower everyone to thrive, regardless of their circumstances.
At its heart, Gaia Wellbeing Collective is building community, bringing people together to heal, connect, and grow. With a foundation in research and a commitment to data-driven impact, our ultimate goal is to become the go-to provider for social prescribing, bridging the gap between traditional healthcare and community care. Gaia is more than a collective; it’s a movement redefining wellbeing as a way of being.
