Safe and supportive spaces where women can reflect, share experiences, and feel a sense of belonging. Thanks to funding from Greenwich Healthier Communities, we currently have free places available for referrals.
Group sessions proven to reduce stress and improve mood. Sessions combine laughter exercises, breathwork, and playful techniques, helping participants develop a sustainable practice.
Inclusive outdoor fitness sessions designed to build confidence and improve physical health. These are currently fee-based for participants.

We aim to review all referrals promptly and confirm placements within a few days. Wherever possible, participants will be able to begin their programme within one week of referral confirmation.
