Thanks to year-long funding from the Greenwich Healthier Communities programme, all places are free of charge. This project gives us the opportunity to reach more women, especially those who may have never joined a circle before, who feel isolated or disconnected, or who are looking for a safe space to belong.
At Gaia, our mission is to challenge the status quo in health. We believe wellbeing should be inclusive and accessible, and our vision is that one day sharing circles will be recognised as a vital part of community health and prescribed through the NHS.
What to expect:
Every Wednesday - 5.30 to 7.30pm at Plot 9 Maze Hill

Over the past year, we’ve delivered women’s circles free at the point of access.
Women reported:
• reduced loneliness
• increased confidence
• greater emotional clarity
• stronger sense of belonging
This is preventative community care.
When spaces are safe, consistent, and accessible, people regulate together. Stress reduces. Connection strengthens. Resilience grows.
